Drama/historical
Please note—this play has some explicit themes.

The Marquise de Merteuil needs someone to seduce her niece, as revenge for a perceived slight. But the Vicomte de Valmont has his own pursuit in mind—that of a virtuous magistrate’s wife. A deal is struck between them, but who can really trust whom?

Merteuil may have a spotless reputation, but does she deserve it? The virginal Cécile Volanges deserves her unsullied reputation, but can she keep it? Unbeknownst to her, Cécile is a helpless pawn in the vicious games played by the Marquise and her manipulating ex-lover Valmont.
